1. Nonlinear Neural Correlates of Nonlocal Consciousness (pages 1100 - 1123) by Aman Chawla. 

Abstract: The Hubel-Wiesel model shows simple cells feeding complex cells via spatial pooling for position invariance. We propose that ephaptic coupling in axon tracts amplifies entropy, enhancing temporal-coding information from simple to complex cells. This mirrors observer functions in Nonlocal Consciousness (NC), where each function samples a broader informational field. Ephaptic interactions among axons with varied conduction velocities increase output spike-timing entropy, enabling complex cells to retain orientation selectivity and position tolerance. This tract-level preprocessing parallels observer functions in NC, boosting self-mutual information as signals ascend the cortical hierarchy. Testable predictions involve extracellular manipulations, conduction velocity differences, and developmental critical periods affecting visual cortical selectivity. 

2. Consequences of Nonlocal Unification for Limit Observers (pages 1124 - 1138) by Aman Chawla. 

Abstract: This paper studies the consequences of an exploratory cosmological concept—Nonlocal Unification (NU)—which models spacetime geometry as emerging from observer-dependent informational mappings rather than traditional metric-based postulates. Motivated by foundational challenges in general relativity and quantum theory, NU introduces a function space topology (NC space) in which observer functions f_n map entropy differentials \Delta I to spacetime intervals. Under smoothness and boundedness assumptions, we propose a No Singularity Theorem suggesting that regular observer evolution may avoid curvature divergences and support modified gravitational field equations. Potential observational implications are examined by connecting the entropy-to-geometry map F(\Delta I) to the scalar power spectrum from WMAP and Planck data. This leads to three conjectural predictions: suppression of primordial tensor modes (r << 0.01), the absence of a big bang singularity, and entropy-driven cosmic acceleration. While some of the proposed constructs rely on idealized assumptions, the framework may offer a new epistemic lens on classical symmetries, including CPT, and raise testable questions about the informational basis of spacetime. The approach is intended as an invitation to further inquiry rather than a definitive alternative to standard cosmology.

3. A Mathematical Theory of Consciousness (pages 1139 - ) by Aman Chawla.

Abstract: In this paper, the author proposes a phenomenological ansatz, Δt = f(ΔI), to relate objective information gained by an organism and its perception of time. Intervals of spacetime are thus perceived on the basis of information acquired from sensory sampling. We show that this ansatz clarifies our view of entropy amplication in axon tracts and the presence of multiple time scales in subjective perception, the latter being a phenomenon recorded in psychophysics.
